Peloton acquired this off market for their client and prior to purchase completed due diligence and formulated a business plan and strategy for the estate. Since completion in 2013 the estate has benefitted from strong occupier demand which has increased income return. Peloton have also overseen a number of refurbishments which has helped drive rental values across the estate.
